Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Significant changes to project scope, requirements, or timeline after work has started may result in revised costs, which will be communicated before additional work proceeds.
Payments for our services may be collected via bank transfer or through our online payment gateway, Razorpay. Project-based work may require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or completion. Retainer-based services (such as ongoing ads management, SEO, or hosting) are typically billed on a recurring monthly basis. Specific payment terms will be confirmed for each engagement.
Certain services involve third-party costs that are separate from our service fees — for example, Google Ads or Meta Ads spend, domain registration, hosting infrastructure costs (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), software licenses, or stock assets. These costs are billed separately or passed through directly and are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.
To deliver services effectively, we may require timely access to accounts (such as advertising, analytics, hosting, or domain accounts), content, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for the client (such as website code or designs) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, or licensed assets used remain subject to their own licensing terms.
While we apply industry best practices to SEO, advertising, and marketing services, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic volumes, ad performance, conversion rates, or return on investment, as these depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Digital Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, as agreed in the specific service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
